Salary for this position starts at: $14.50/hour. Omni Viking Lakes Hotel reserves the right to pay more or less than listed compensation scale based on factors not related to sex or race. Essential Job Functions:

• Must have complete knowledge of service times and menu.

• Must have complete knowledge of floor plan, table numbers, and seat numbers.

• Supports new Omni Safe and Clean protocols throughout the outlet to support Omni's Covid-19 related sanitation protocols. 

• Deliver food to correct tables according to ticket, floor plan, and seat numbers.

• Always inquire ifadditionalservice is needed from guests upon delivery and informserveror manager.

• Responsible for set-up ofassigned stationswithspecifieditems.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Must consult with supervisor on any food delivery difficulty.

• Mustalways minimize breakage.

• Assist with Bar Back duties as needed; removal of dishware, and stocking the bar stations to par.

• Maintenance and replenishment ofdining roomitems. Ensure items are always full,cleanand presentable.

• Securingalldining room itemssuch as platters, butter dishes, bread knives as directed by manager or posted side work.

• Ensuring all productsarewithin date and using the FIFO method of storage.

• Attendalldepartment meetings and other required companytrainings.

• Perform any otherduties asassigned by management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year food runner experience or DRA experience

• Must be able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• Mustbe able to communicate effectively.

• Must consistentlydemonstrateexcellent interpersonal skills, be teamwork-oriented, andexhibita positive attitude.

• Maintain a professional business appearance, attitude, andperformance.

• Must have andmaintaincurrent,ServSafeor equivalent training.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to stand and walk for an extendedperiodor for an entire shift.

• Must be able to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objectsweighing up to 50 pounds withoutassistance.

Working Environment:

• Interior of restaurant kitchen and designated bar area, with occasional travel around the property as needed.

• Exposure to a kitchen environment withhigh temperatures.

• Exterior of Hotel with exposure to weather conditions.

• Exposure to Food and Beverage hazardous cleaning chemicals.

• Exposure tofood items and beverages.
