Essential Functions: Cleans function rooms prior to set-up. Report any torn carpet, missing doorstoppers or burned out light bulbs. Set equipment to Daily Work Sheet specifications. Check with supervisor if information on worksheetis not clear. Provide required amenities, as dictated by Department Standards. Refresh meeting rooms per scheduled time. Clear foyer areas of equipment immediately after conclusion of function. Complete special projects as directed by department management. Works flexible hours including midnight shifts. Moves convention material boxes, programs, etc. from hotel receiving docks, registration areas, andmeeting room to meeting room. Care for hotel / banquet equipment by writing work orders when deficiencies exist. Move equipment to various function rooms using basement path. Ability to lift 50 lbs. Accommodates special customer needs, hanging banners for meetings and food/beverage functions. Performs other duties as required by supervisor.Tools and Equipment: Tables, chairs, risers, cleaning supplies, and vacuum cleanerWorking Environment: Interior and exterior of hotel - front and back of house.
