Key Responsibilities:

Lead the stewarding team to ensure flawless banquet execution
Maintain impeccable cleanliness in the banquet kitchen to meet and exceed resort standards
Collaborate with the Banquet Chef to deliver exceptional service for all events
Uphold health, fire, and safety regulations to guarantee a secure environment

Qualifications:

Prior experience in hot/cold food preparation and kitchen equipment maintenance
Demonstrated proficiency as a Stewarding Supervisor for a minimum of 2 years
Arizona Food Service Worker card and a valid driver’s license required
