As a Night Auditor, you are the heartbeat of the hotel during overnight hours, combining financial accuracy with exceptional guest service. You’ll ensure the hotel’s daily financial activity is balanced and closed correctly while serving as a welcoming, knowledgeable presence at the front desk. During the overnight shift, you’ll assist guests with check-ins and check-outs, answer inquiries, and resolve concerns with confidence, care, and professionalism.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on detail, enjoys working independently, and takes pride in delivering a seamless guest experience—even while the rest of the hotel sleeps.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Auditing all charges and postings to ensure accuracy; identifying and correcting discrepancies as needed
• Reconciling daily transactions and closing all accounts to prepare for the next business day
• Generating, formatting, and distributing daily financial and operational reports across multiple departments
• Processing guest payments in accordance with hotel policies and procedures
• Collaborating professionally with colleagues and supporting other hotel departments during overnight operations
• Responding to guest requests, concerns, and compliments promptly, courteously, and with a service-first mindset

Requirements

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.

• Refined verbal and written communication skills.

• Comfortable working with minimal supervision.

• Ability to stand for long periods of time.

• Prior Front Office experience is a plus.

• Prior hospitality experience preferred.

• Prior accounting experience preferred.

• Must be able to work overnights shifts.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Must have open availability including overnights, weekends and holidays
