Guest Services Shuttle Driver (Seasonal)

Overview:

To transport guests to surrounding areas, and any other destination within the parameters of the Guest Service Department.

Salary for this position is (based on experience): $22.00/hour.Seasonal Associates at Omni Interlocken are entitled to select benefits based on hours worked. Omni Interlocken reserves the right to pay more or less than listed compensation scale based on factors not related to sex or race.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for transporting guests and VIPs.

• Responsible for picking up anddropping off guests from the hotel and nearby locations.

• Coordinates hotel vehicle activity with Valet Captains, andConcierge team.

• Notifies the Front Desk and Guest Services of VIP arrivals whenever possible.

• Assist guests with luggage when necessary.

• Have knowledge of hotel andoutlets hours of operation. Be able to answer guest questions and present a cheerful, knowledgeable, and professional image.

• Ensures cleanliness of Guest Servicevehicle.

• Reports any maintenance problems with hotel vehicles.

• Transportsguests to destinations while adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.

• Loads and unloads guest’s luggage, andensuresguests receive the correct luggage. Must have the ability to lift approximately 50lbs. above the waist.

• When necessary,assistswith other Guest Service duties suchas,delivery of items to guest rooms i.e., luggage, faxes, letters, packages, etc.

• Performany and all other duties assigned and/or required by management.

Qualifications:

• Tools and equipment: Hotel vehicle and luggage carts

• Working Environment: Exterior and interior of hotel with exposure to weather conditions.

• Customer Service oriented

• Outgoing, friendly personality

• Flexible schedule; including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

• Ability to lift 50lbs.

• Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time.

• Ability to bend in order to lift heavy items.

• Must pass pre-employment drug and Motor Vehicle Record screening.

• Valid Drivers License
