The Recruiting Intern will partner with the Shared Services Recruiting team to support recruiting and onboarding efforts for Omni Hotels & Resorts. This role is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both talent acquisition and onboarding, while also supporting the transition to our new system, Dayforce.

What You’ll Do:

Review resumes and assist with initial candidate pre-screening
Support recruiting efforts across multiple hotel locations
Help keep candidates and hiring managers informed throughout the hiring process
Track and update candidate information in our system (Dayforce)
Assist with preparing offer letters and initiating new hire paperwork, including I-9s
Support onboarding activities to help ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for new hires
Assist with Dayforce-related projects, including data entry, process updates, and general support during the transition
Partner with HR teams to follow up on onboarding tasks and ensure completion
Maintain accurate candidate tracking and disposition applicants appropriately
Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing projects
Help with additional HR and recruiting tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For:

Some experience in an administrative, customer service, or HR-related role is a plus
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Comfortable using Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
Interest in HR systems or recruiting tools (Dayforce experience is a bonus, not required!)
Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks
Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn
Professional, reliable, and able to handle sensitive information with care
