Duties

• Lead and supervise all hotel departments including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and guest services to ensure smooth operations.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue management and profitability.
• Oversee human resources functions such as hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff development.
• Maintain high standards of guest relations by ensuring exceptional customer service and handling guest complaints promptly and professionally.
• Manage hotel budgets, control costs, and monitor financial performance to meet organizational goals.
• Ensure Brand Standard Requirements are met.
• Oversee night audit procedures and coordinate with the front desk team to ensure efficient check-in/check-out processes using multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette best practices.
• Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, leadership development, and employee engagement.
• Collaborate with resort or hotel owners on strategic planning, marketing initiatives, and operational improvements.
• Monitor guest feedback through reviews and surveys to continuously improve service quality.

Qualifications

• Previous Hotel Management General Manager experience a must to be considered  
• IHG experience is a definite plus.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff and manage multiple departments effectively.
• Extensive knowledge of revenue management, budgeting, human resources, and guest services operations.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly preferred for effective communication in diverse environments.
• Familiarity with hotel management software systems, front desk operations, night audit procedures, and multi-line phone systems.
• Exceptional communication skills including phone etiquette and professional demeanor.
• Previous General Manager Hotel experience is a must to be considered
