Omni Hilton Head Oceanfront Resort is seeking an enthusiastic and service-driven Food & Beverage Supervisor to support the daily operations of our dynamic dining outlets. In this role, you will help lead a team dedicated to delivering exceptional dining experiences while ensuring efficient service, high-quality standards, and a welcoming atmosphere for every guest.
Working closely with restaurant leadership and culinary teams, you will assist with supervising service staff, maintaining operational standards, and creating memorable moments for our guests. Your leadership, attention to detail, and passion for hospitality will play an important role in ensuring every dining experience reflects the excellence of the Omni brand.
Responsibilities Guest Service & OperationsAssist in supervising daily operations of restaurant and food & beverage outlets
Ensure exceptional guest service standards are maintained at all times
Monitor dining room activity to ensure efficient and timely service
Address guest questions, concerns, or service issues in a professional and timely manner
Support operations for restaurants, lounges, banquets, and special events as needed
Provide guidance, coaching, and support to servers, bartenders, hosts, and support staff
Assist with training new team members and reinforcing service standards
Conduct pre-shift meetings to communicate service expectations, menu knowledge, and daily updates
Promote teamwork and maintain a positive, professional work environment
Ensure compliance with Omni service standards and brand expectations
Monitor food and beverage presentation, cleanliness, and overall guest experience
Support staff in maintaining proper table setup, cleanliness, and organization of service areas
Ensure compliance with health, sanitation, and safety regulations
Follow responsible alcohol service guidelines and company policies
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, service stations, and equipment
Assist with inventory monitoring and ordering of supplies when needed
Support scheduling and shift coverage coordination
Previous food and beverage or restaurant leadership experience preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Excellent guest service and problem-solving abilities
Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced hospitality environment
Knowledge of restaurant service standards and food safety practices preferred
Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts
Ability to lift and carry items up to 30–40 pounds
Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment
