Spa Massage Therapist

Overview:

The Massage Therapistis responsible forguest satisfaction in the spa by performing services to the best of their ability andmaintainingOmni standards throughout all procedures.

Responsibilities:

Provide the highest possible standard of treatment, creating a sensory journey forguestshelping them to rest, relax and regain a sense of balance and harmony in their lives.

Responsible for setting up the treatment rooms according to procedures and disposing of laundryina timelybasis.

Maintain sanitation of work area and equipment as required by state board guidelines.

Ensure all professional stock is being used in compliance with the PAR levels toassistwithreductionin product waste.

To begin and end treatments at the published time and ensure correct procedures of all treatmentsare beingalways followed.

Relay withconfidenceproduct and service benefits to clients.

Attend allrequired departmenttrainingsand meetings.

Perform any other duties required by management.

Qualifications:

Current DC Massage License

1 year of minimum experience in massage therapy

Able to lift and carry up to 20 pounds

Must be willing to work flexible hours as needed during busy times and high-profile events, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Mustbe passionate about providing warm, engaging, and personalized service.

Must have the ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time.

Must meet standards of appearance and alwaysmaintaina high levelof personal hygiene.
