Omni Hotels & Resorts is seeking AM Fitness Desk Attendant | Full Time for the beautiful Barton Creek Resort & Spa!

Responsibilities:

Know and greet members by name.
Registering member/guests by last name first, first name last and always get proper billing information, requests and gender preference.
Knowledge of Group Exercise class schedule, register members and guests for Group Exercise classes in Mindbody, run Guest and Member guest fees.

Restock/maintain fruit, condiments, and coffee in member lounge. Keep clean and organized.
Assist in keeping all Fitness storage space clean and organized.
Review communication log book at the start of each shift. Record information regarding member/guest issues, housekeeping, engineering, pools, hot tubs and steam rooms to shift supervisor/manager.
Complete and initial all opening and closing checklist and turn into shift supervisor/manager.
Know current hours of operation for the following areas: Fitness, Spa Salon, Kid's Club, Spa Shop, Coffee Market, Aquatics, Tennis and Pool Cabana.

Qualifications:

6 months experience and training in similar position in the hotel/resort/guest service industry.
Helpful to have some computer experience as well as MICROS experience.
Must have excellent phone skills.
The Associate is often required to stand, walk, climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
Ability modertate weight.
