JOB PURPOSE: Toprovide exemplaryserviceallguestsaccording to Omnistandards

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Adhereto allOmnirules, policies, procedures, andstandards

• Greet guestsbyutilizing theAll-Inimpressionstandards set forthby Omni

• Set tables according to type of event and service standardsas directed byleadership

• Suggestivelysellitemsand answer questions/offer suggestions on both food and beverage menu selections

• Communicate with culinary team regarding meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs and special requests

• Record transaction in MICROSsysteminatimelymanner

• Adhereto cash handling standards

• Ensuresatisfaction with each food course and/or beverage

• Present accurate check to guest and process payment

• Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day

• Station set-up and breakdown/side-work

• Perform any other duties as assigned byleadership

• Be pleasant, smile and greet all guests, using surnames when obtained

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum1 yearserving experience

• Must acquire TIPSand ServSafecertifications

• Developed knowledge of wine, spirits, and beer with experience selling and presenting wines

• Previous cash handling experience required

• Ability to clearly and pleasantly communicate both verbally and in writing in English with guests, management and co-workers

• Ability to accurately and efficiently input information into MICROS

• Ability to handle stressful situations, while maintaining a calm and welcoming demeanor

• Ability to work cohesively with co-workers both within and outside of your department

• Ability to prioritize, organize and follow up on guest requests and needs in afast-pacedenvironment

• Excellent customer service, service recovery andproblem-solvingskills

• Must be able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays

ENVIRONMENT&POSITION ANALYSIS:

• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.

• Position requires frequent bending, reaching overhead, twisting, and consistent use of hands and arms

• Must be able to standandwalk for an extended period or for an entire work shift in indoor/outdoor environments
