JOB PURPOSE: To provide turndown services of guest rooms, and any additional duties as

assigned in accordance with Omni standards.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Responds to all guest requests appropriately.

• Always greetour guests warmly with a smile, call them by name whenever possible.

• Responsibleto provideturndown services for assigned number of guest rooms.

• Responsible for providing additional amenities and housekeeping services for our VIP guests.

• Perform all the functions of a Room Attendant and Housekeeping Houseperson as needed and warmly greetallour guests.

• To provide fullservicingof guest rooms upon request.

• Offer assistance and information to our guests.

• Removes room service trays from guest roomsand public space

• Assist with public areas when needed

• Responsible for restocking caddies, linen, and refillingchemical bottles for Guest Room Attendants.

• Keep all housekeeping and linen areas clean and tidy.

• Duties,responsibilitiesand work locations may change or be asigned at any time based on business needs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Able to maintain a 4- diamond level of service.

• Able to work with Management on special projects.

• Able to work in afast-pacedenvironment.

• Must be able to communicate effectively (must be able to answer basic questions about services and amenities, give directions to guests).

• Ability to push and pull housekeeping supply cart.

• Maintain a professional business appearance, attitude, and performance

• Must be able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays

ENVIRONMENT&POSITION ANALYSIS:

• Move, bend, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.

• Stand or walk for an extended period or for an entire work shift.

• Requires repetitive motionof arms and hands.
