Recoverie is expanding and we’re seeking someone with exemplary customer service experience who'd be interested in becoming a Wellness Sales Guide and join our team immediately.

This opportunity is ideal for someone with a strong hospitality background who is ready to bring their service expertise into the wellness space.  Passion for wellness or a healthy lifestyle is a huge plus. If you excel in client-facing roles, understand elevated customer care, and are confident in sales conversations, we would love to meet you. We'd especially like to meet you if you are looking to potentially grow into a managerial role, assuming things go well!

About the Role

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has experience in hospitality (hotel, fine dining, concierge, private clubs, spa, guest services, etc.)

• Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail

• Builds rapport naturally and communicates professionally

• Is confident discussing services and converting inquiries into memberships

• Takes initiative and learns quickly

• Is dependable with weekend availability

• Is interested in long-term growth (potential managerial role available in very near future)

You do not need prior experience in cryotherapy or wellness services. We provide full training in:

• Wellness sales

• Our service offerings and recovery modalities

• Foundational breathwork practices

• Client experience standards

For the right individual, there is opportunity to grow beyond sales into expanded responsibilities — including becoming a certified wellness coach and facilitating breathwork sessions if desired.

Responsibilities

• Guide prospective clients through our services and membership options

• Convert leads into memberships and package sales

• Deliver refined front and back of house client experiences

• Maintain studio presentation and operational excellence

• Support community events (Yoga in the Park, sound healing, etc.)

• Conduct follow-ups and nurture client relationships
