Description
The Kingston Resorts is a 145 acre oceanfront resort on the north-end of Myrtle Beach. Less than 2 miles from Tanger Outlets and a short 20 minute trip to Broadway at the Beach. This resort is home to the Hilton Myrtle Beach Resort, Embassy Suites Myrtle Beach, Kingston Plantation Condos, and Royale Palms. This means many opportunities to help you grow your career to the next level.
The Plumber is responsible for the maintenance of the plumbing within the facility.
Responsibilities
- Mechanical and electronic troubleshooting, repair and installation of equipment.
- Monitors public space temperatures, making appropriate adjustments when necessary.
- Performs scheduled and non-scheduled maintenance on all plumbing equipment.
- Maintains appropriate record of preventive maintenance and repairs.
- Visually inspection of gauges, dials and mechanical equipment, make basic mathematical calculations, and move and climb on all types of uneven surfaces.
- Using plumbing and carpentry skills to attend to building maintenance and preventative programs.
