The Role

As a Cook, you’ll prepare and cook menu items, maintain station readiness, and support overall kitchen execution. You’ll help uphold quality, consistency, and Hyatt Princeton culinary standards.

Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and specifications
Complete daily prep and maintain a clean, organized workstation
Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
