We are looking for a warm, organised and service-driven part time Spa Receptionist to join our team. As a Spa Receptionist, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and seamless spa experience, ensuring every guest interaction reflects the exceptional standards of Agua Spa and Sea Containers London.

What you’ll be doing:

• Welcoming spa guests and hotel residents, creating a calm and professional first impression
• Managing spa reservations, treatment schedules and therapist diaries to maximise utilisation
• Handling guest enquiries via phone, email and in person with efficiency and attention to detail
• Guiding guests through the spa journey, including treatment explanations, facilities and retail recommendations
• Coordinating closely with therapists and the wider spa team to ensure smooth daily operations
• Processing payments, managing spa retail sales and maintaining accurate guest records
• Ensuring the reception and waiting areas are maintained to the highest standards
• Supporting the team with administrative tasks, daily reports and operational coordination

What we’re looking for:

• Previous spa or wellness experience is preferred, although candidates with strong guest service experience in hospitality will also be considered
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a naturally warm and welcoming manner
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• A genuine passion for wellness, guest care and delivering exceptional experiences
• Confidence using booking or reservations systems
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends

Salary: £16,224 p/a + service charge, plus benefits
