Rooftop Cocktail Servers focus on individual drink service, strong menu knowledge, proper pacing, and upselling featured cocktails while maintaining attentive table service; additionally, in this position, you are also responsible for managing table minimum spends, executing premium bottle presentations, upselling additional bottles and delivering a high-level VIP experience. This role requires providing both cocktail and bottle service to all guests as part of the same position.

Responsibilities:

Engage with guests and colleagues in a professional manner support the team in peak hours.

Perform opening and closing procedures including setup of stations, cleaning and re-setting of tables.Ensure minimum spend goals are met before cut-off times.

Ensure guests’ orders are correct and delivered from the Bar and kitchenin a timely manner.

Accurately prepare checks, accept payment, ensure payment authorizations are secured, all credit cards and personal items are given to the guest.

Uphold service standards to ensure a memorable guest experience.

Maintain a safe, sanitary, and organized work environment and knowledge of and strictly abides by state liquor regulations; verifies legal drinking age of guests as needed.

Develop relationships with guests in order toprovide personalized service and repeat guests.

Communicate and work with the bussers, host, Lead bartender and managers to ensure guest satisfaction.

Maintain high-energy, confident, and attentive at all times.

Perform job-related activities asrequiredand understand table layouts/sections assignments/checklist given by a manager.

Provide strong knowledge of specialty cocktails, spirits, and menu offerings.

Perform exclusive cocktail & Bottle service to all guest.

REQUIREMENTS:

At least 2 years of high-volume cocktail experience and nightlife VIP service experience.

Strong knowledge and interest in food &beveragewith a sincere interest in the hospitality industry.

Strong multitasking ability with confident upselling skills and strong sales-driven mindset.

Ability to manage high-dollar transactions responsibly, knowledge of Micros POS systems, Credit card Authorizations, and collecting important transaction details from guest.

Able to work in a team environment and great communicationskills, positive attitude under pressure, professionaldemeanorand appearance.

Capable ofstanding for prolonged periods of time.

Ability to reach, climb up and down stairs, carry multiple objects, and Lift 50 pounds.

Compensation $11.35 + tips.
