We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. This is a seasonal position with the opportunity to go year-round. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in general maintenance, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. This role requires a proactive approach to maintaining equipment and ensuring a safe and functional environment for all staff and visitors.

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various equipment and facilities to ensure optimal functionality.
Fabricate parts as necessary to support maintenance activities.
Conduct inspections of facilities to identify potential issues or areas for improvement.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and inventory usage.
Provide exceptional customer service.

Skills

Knowledge of facilities maintenance basic experience in electrical and plumbing.
Pool maintenance experience is a plus.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all maintenance activities.

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Schedule: Friday – Sunday from 2:00pm to 10:00pm
