Description

The Kingston Resorts is a 145 acre oceanfront resort on the north-end of Myrtle Beach. Less than 2 miles from Tanger Outlets and a short 20 minute trip to Broadway at the Beach. This resort is home to the Hilton Myrtle Beach Resort, Embassy Suites Myrtle Beach, Kingston Plantation Condos, and Royale Palms. As a Line Cook, you are responsible for preparing and presenting high quality dishes to deliver a memorable guest experience. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Responsibilities

Read, prepare and present high quality recipes and dishes using fresh ingredients (i.e., meats, fish, vegetables, cheese etc.) through various preparation methods (i.e., bake, grill, steam, fry, mash, etc.)
Prepare all mise en place for all relevant menus.
Comply with hotel, city, count, and state fire, food safety and sanitation regulations/standards.
Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships.
Being aware of department targets and goals and striving to achieve them as part of the culinary team.

This is a full-time 2nd shiftyear-round position working at the Hilton located at the Kingston Resorts. Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
