Job Duties (other duties may arise):

• Recruit, train, and supervise hotel employees.
• Communicate with Corporate leaders regularly to correct issues beyond the capabilities of property team members.
• Drive revenue and collaborate with the Director of Sales.
• Meet with department heads daily.
• Review and prepare daily business reports.
• Balance accounts receivables.
• Prepare or approve weekly payroll and compare to labor standards.
• Inspect guest rooms.
• Review financial performance on cost analysis.
• Ensure Daly Seven policies and brand standards are consistently met.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of Hilton management experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Hotel General Manager
• Available to work when needed - including weekends, holidays and nights depending on staffing needs
