Job Description
To service and maintain the cleanliness of the guest pool area including public restrooms and adjacent outdoor space in accordance with Omni Standards.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that the pool area is serviced throughout the day
- Service all public restrooms in the pool area and guest fitness center
- Stock pool towels in the storage areas and pool chairs
- Supply scented towels to guests in hot weather
- Keep pool area and adjacent outdoor space clear of trash and debris
- Ensure pool chairs and other furniture is staged properly in the pool area and adjacent outdoor space
- Maintain pool towel inventory by washing, folding, and storing as needed
- Assist guests with any needs and communicate with corresponding departments
- Complete any special projects that might be assigned.
- Report any maintenance issues or concerns to corresponding departments
Qualifications
- Able to maintain a 4-diamond level of service
- Able to work with management on special projects
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Able to work outside in sunny and hot weather
- Maintain a professional business appearance, attitude, and performance
- Able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Able to move, bend, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance. Stand or walk for an extended period or for an entire work shift. Requires repetitive motion.
