Position Overview:
The Regional Marketing Director will serve as the strategic orchestrator of brand strategies and experiences across three distinct independent resorts. This role is responsible for architecting a 360-degree marketing framework that integrates brand storytelling with high-impact, revenue-driving activations. By aligning digital strategy, on-property experience, and strategic partnerships, this role will translate complex business priorities into integrated commercial campaigns that drive direct bookings, maximize property visibility, and ensure a cohesive guest narrative across every physical and digital touchpoints. This is a remote position with preferred candidates residing in South Carolina, Florida, Vermont, Massachusetts or New York.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of integrated marketing strategies that support revenue goals across rooms, food and beverage, spa, and recreational activities.
- Maintain a dynamic annual marketing calendar that synchronizes marketing activations with real-time revenue needs and sales targets to maximize RevPAR.
- Collaborate with the Director of Sales & Marketing and EOS Hospitality to align seasonal promotions with long-term brand positioning.
- Design and maintain a library of evergreen on-property programming and daily rituals that reinforce the unique brand identity of each resort.
- Conceptualize and execute high-impact, demand-inducing activations and "tentpole" events specifically designed to drive occupancy during shoulder seasons.
- Identify and manage lifestyle brand partnerships that enhance guest experience and provide organic content opportunities.
- Author comprehensive creative and campaign briefs for agencies that clearly outline performance measures and ROI expectations.
- Partner across internal departments to ensure on-property teams are prepared to successfully execute and promote new marketing initiatives.
- Direct the visual and tonal evolution of property content in partnership with the property Marketing Manager to ensure resonant storytelling.
- Audit all guest touchpoints—from pre-arrival digital communications to on-property signage—to ensure a seamless and cohesive brand narrative.
- Translate marketing KPIs and guest data into agile strategic pivots, ensuring future campaigns and resource allocations are optimized for the highest ROI and RevPAR growth.
- Provide high-impact recommendations that translate past performance into future commercial growth opportunities.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of progressive marketing experience across brand and digital marketing
- Expertise in co-authoring holistic commercial strategies alongside Sales and Revenue leaders, with an ability to move the needle on RevPAR and market share
- Experience navigating multi-property or management company environments, effectively balancing the unique identity of individual resorts with overarching portfolio goals
- Advanced stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to provide high-impact recommendations and strategic pivots to corporate and property-level teams
- A strategic doer capable of architecting complex 360-degree campaigns while ensuring flawless, hands-on execution across all channels
- Collaborative leadership style, focused on empowering on-property teams and fostering cross-function buy-in for marketing initiatives
- Fluency in the “experience economy”, with a sophisticated understanding of how to leverage evergreen programming and seasonal activations to drive both brand equity and demand
Annual salary for this role is $120,000 to $150,000.
