The pool attendant's role is to service and maintain the cleanliness of all public areas including the pool, public an associate restrooms, lobbies and executive offiice in accordance with Omni Standards.

• To ensure cleanliness of the pool at all times.
• To service all public restrooms inpoolarea.
• To ensure that the pool deck is serviced throughout the day.
• To provide towels and ensure rolled towels are placed on lounge chairs at the start of the day and after each guest.
• To provide information to guests about pool amenities, equipment, activities, restroom location, and food and beverage offerings.
• Toassistwith cleanliness of dining area atCatBirdSeat, event lawn, and cabanas.
• Ensure main guest entrance to pool is neat and clean at all times.
• Ensure all floral arrangements and plants are neat with no debris in the planters.
• Ensure all ash urns throughoutpropertyare neat and clean at all times.
• Ensure water fountain and phone stations are maintained neat and clean at all times.
• Toassistin resolving any guest issues.
• Toassistin securing pool furniture and equipment during inclement weather.
• Toassistwith lobby attendant duties and other areas of housekeeping.
• To ensure thathotel,guestand associates are maintained in a safe and secure environment.
• Complete any special projects that might be assigned.
• Report any maintenance issues orany concerns.

Qualifications:

• Able tomaintaina4 diamondlevel of service.
• Able to work with Management on special projects.
• Able to work in afast pacedenvironment.
• Mustbe able to communicate effectively.
• Must be comfortable working indoors and outdoors.
• Must haveflexibleschedule, andbe able to work weekends and holidays.
• Maintain a professional business appearance, attitude, and performance

Physical Requirements:

• Interior of hotel, dining room and restaurant kitchen,pool deck.
• Exposure to various hazardous chemicals.
• Varying outside temperatures
