What You’ll Do as Bartender/Restaurant Server

Service Excellence: Greet guests warmly, provide outstanding service, and maintain a guest-ready atmosphere in the dining area.
Menu Knowledge: Be well-versed in all menu items and able to answer guest questions confidently.
Food Safety: Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety at all times.
Team Collaboration: Attend mandatory meetings and hotel functions; work closely with the function group leader to finalize service arrangements.
Multitasking: Balance service, preparation, and guest interactions while managing time effectively.
Positive Energy: Create a welcoming environment where guests and team members feel valued.

What You’ll Bring

Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, and bartending experience preferred. Serving experience with strong bar knowledge is also acceptable.
Skills: Sound knowledge of food safety guidelines, excellent communication in English (bilingual a plus).
Physical Abilities: Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
Flexibility: Availability to work weekends and holidays to meet hotel demands.
Reliability: Dependable transportation and punctuality.
Personality: Fun, positive, and energetic with a desire to create memorable guest experiences.
