Lead Revenue & Strategic Partnerships for a Premier Los Angeles Property

Compensación: 110.000 $ a 120.000 $ por año

Reports to: Ownership / VP of Operations

Location: This is an on-property role at our Hollywood residence. Candidates should apply through the standard process or via Hcareers and should not visit the Encino office.

We operate a 55-unit historic extended-stay residence in Hollywood offering fully furnished 30+ day residences that blend apartment-style living with boutique-hotel design and service.

The property has been featured in major publications, including Vogue, and regularly attracts award-season activity and fashion/editorial shoots. It carries established cultural credibility. The next phase is focused on strengthening partnerships, elevating positioning, and driving measurable revenue growth.

We are seeking a highly connected, revenue-focused leader to help drive this next chapter.

This is a hands-on growth role responsible for building demand, cultivating strategic partnerships, and helping lead the revenue and positioning strategy of a growing extended-stay portfolio.

The Role

You will lead demand generation and partnership strategy for our flagship Hollywood property while helping shape expansion across additional Los Angeles assets.

This role requires visible, in-market presence. Relationship-building will take place in studio offices, executive meetings, curated industry dinners, award-season environments, and key cultural and nightlife settings across Los Angeles.

You are comfortable representing the brand wherever meaningful connections are formed, and converting those relationships into multi-month and repeat residency agreements.

Core Responsibilities

Revenue & Performance

  • Drive revenue growth through higher occupancy, premium lease rates, and longer average stays
  • Build and manage a disciplined partnership pipeline
  • Increase corporate and repeat housing relationships
  • Collaborate with ownership on pricing, positioning, and client mix strategy

Partnerships, Positioning & Visibility

  • Develop relationships with studios, production companies, agencies, managers, relocation firms, and creative networks
  • Position our properties as preferred residences within entertainment and executive circles
  • Help shape brand positioning through strategic partnerships, curated clientele, and selective visibility
  • Oversee marketing vendors and digital presence
  • Source and curate photo shoots, curated industry dinners, and invite-only events across multiple Los Angeles properties
  • Ensure all activations translate into brand equity and measurable demand

Portfolio Growth Path

This role is designed to scale.

As additional Los Angeles properties are added, you will take on broader oversight of sales and partnership strategy across the regional portfolio, with a clear path toward expanded leadership as the platform grows.

The Profile

We are seeking someone who is:

  • Deeply connected within Los Angeles’ entertainment and creative communities
  • Comfortable operating in both executive and cultural settings
  • Energized by being out in-market and building high-value relationships
  • Financially disciplined and focused on measurable revenue outcomes
  • Entrepreneurial and motivated by helping scale a portfolio

Experience in luxury hospitality, executive housing, high-end residential leasing, or strategic partnerships is preferred.

You understand that visibility drives momentum, and momentum must convert into sustained revenue and long-term agreements.

Structure & Compensation

An on-site Property Manager oversees daily operations and resident relations.

Base salary: $110,000–$120,000
Performance-based incentives tied to revenue growth and strategic partnerships
Clear opportunity for expanded regional leadership as the portfolio grows
