We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Sales to lead the sales strategy for the Sonesta Baltimore Inner Harbor. This is a critical, hands-on role for a true market "fixer"—someone ready to rebuild and strategically position this full-service hotel for market share dominance. You will be instrumental in the property's success, driving all top-line revenue activities and building relationships within the Baltimore market.
