We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the in-room minibars. A strong work ethic and a positive attitude is required. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to exceptional guest experiences through our offerings and by interacting with guests. This position requires full-time availability of 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM including Sunday's to be considered for an interview.

Responsibilities

Clean and disinfect fridges
Perform stocking duties by inventorying snack bars and drink bars in the room and replacing missing items
Ensure all snacks and drinks are tidy, not expired, and presentable, imploring guests to consume the items
Follow safety protocols while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment
Promptly charge guests for consumed items
Interact with guests staying over another night
Adhere to hotel policies regarding guest privacy and confidentiality
Maintain inventory of supplies and notify management when supplies need replenishing
Assist with special projects as assigned

Skills

Experience in hotel housekeeping or hospitality industry is a plus
Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently under time constraints
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods and pushing the minibar cart
