What You'll Do as a General Manager
Operational Leadership
Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring policies, procedures, and brand standards are met while delivering outstanding guest satisfaction.
Financial Management
Manage budgets, analyze performance, improve operational efficiency, and lead weekly departmental meetings.
Strategic Leadership
Serve as the primary liaison with ownership and key stakeholders, representing the property with professionalism and confidence.
Team Development
Lead, coach, and inspire team members through performance feedback, goal-setting, and a collaborative leadership style.
Guest Experience
Champion a guest-first mentality and consistently model exceptional customer service.

What We're Looking For
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of supervisory experience, or a combination of education and 2+ years of General Manager experience (hospitality preferred).
Leadership Skills
Strong organizational, communication, and people-management abilities with a proven ability to motivate teams.
Technical Skills
Solid computer proficiency and a working knowledge of revenue management and operational best practices.
Personality
Positive, energetic, and guest-focused with a genuine passion for team success.
