Compensación: 75.000 $ a 90.000 $ por año más bono
Who this job will appeal to
Rooms and Operations Managers would be highly successful in a role of this nature. This position is mostly operational with about a 30% split of administrative responsibilities.

The ideal candidate for this position
The ideal candidate would have held a position similar to Front Office Director, Rooms Manager, Operations Manager, Or Director of Guest Services.
What you will be doing
The Assistant General Manager of Bleu Ciel will be the leader of all building operations, development leader for most positions and the champion of all Bleu Ciel Culture initiatives. The (AGM) will also work with the Lifestyle team to provide lifestyle enhancements and events for the community.

Each team member will receive high level training on managing condominiums, service model that is used and the use of service scorecards and frequent one-on-ones with team members.
