The General Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, strategic direction, and operational excellence of Tranquility Bay Beachfront Resort. This role oversees all aspects of resort operations, driving financial performance, guest satisfaction, and team engagement while ensuring alignment with EOS Hospitality standards, culture, and brand values. The General Manager serves as the senior on-site leader and is accountable for delivering an exceptional guest experience and a positive workplace culture.
Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction for all resort operations, ensuring consistent execution of brand standards and service excellence.
Drive guest satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional service delivery, quality standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Lead financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, revenue management, expense controls, and overall P&L accountability.
Recruit, lead, coach, and develop department heads and team members, fostering a high-performing, engaged, and service-driven culture.
Ensure compliance with all EOS Hospitality policies, procedures, safety regulations, and local, state, and federal laws.
Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and property maintenance across all resort areas.
Collaborate closely with EOS Hospitality corporate support teams (Operations, People & Culture, Finance, Sales & Marketing, etc.) to implement company initiatives and best practices.
Build strong relationships with guests, community partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Monitor market trends, guest feedback, and operational metrics to identify opportunities for growth and continuous improvement.
Minimum of 5 years of senior leadership experience in hotel or resort operations, preferably within a full-service or luxury environment.
Proven track record of driving guest satisfaction, revenue growth, and operational excellence.
Strong financial acumen with demonstrated experience managing budgets and P&L.
Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lead diverse teams and thrive in a fast-paced, high-touch hospitality environment.
Experience in coastal, destination, or resort-style properties strongly preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
