We’re looking for a Finance Associate to join our Finance team. We’re looking for someone who ensures every invoice, payment, and client interaction is accurate, timely, and handled with care. You’ll play a key role in managing the accounts receivable process for both Pulitzer Amsterdam and Kimpton De Witt, keeping cash flow healthy and relationships strong.

Your Role in Our Story:

• Manage the end-to-end accounts receivable process for both hotels in Amsterdam.
• Prepare and post invoices, credit notes, and apply incoming payments accurately and on time.
• Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue payments in a professional and proactive way.
• Collaborate with Sales, Front Office, Events, and Revenue teams to ensure billing is correct and reflects the guest experience.
• Resolve billing discrepancies and maintain clear communication with clients, travel agents, and partners.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities, reconciliations, and provide insightful analyses.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and streamline workflows within the AR function.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–4 years of experience in finance, preferably in Accounts Receivable.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and positive attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of SUN, Opera, BirchStreet is a plus.
• A team player who enjoys building relationships across departments.
• Proficient in English (Dutch is an advantage).
