LEAD HOUSEKEEPER

Location: West Texas & Southeastern New Mexico (Midland, Odessa, Pecos, Big Spring, Orla, Carlsbad, Loving, Jal)
Department: Housekeeping
Reports To: Property Manager

Position Summary:
We are seeking a thorough and motivated Lead Housekeeper to oversee the cleanliness and orderliness of our facilities. The ideal candidate will maintain high standards, ensure a positive guest experience, and supervise housekeeping operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain all areas of the facility to established standards and within set timeframes.

• Provide excellent customer service to all guests and team members.

• Create daily work schedules and record all serviced rooms.

• Ensure all housekeeping equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition.

• Report shortages, damages, maintenance issues, or security concerns promptly.

• Handle reasonable guest complaints or requests professionally and escalate when necessary.

• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of consumables.

• Comply with all health, safety, and company regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in housekeeping or a related field.

• Ability to work independently while remaining motivated and organized.

• Strong customer service orientation.

• Excellent prioritization and time management skills.

• Professional demeanor with keen attention to detail and efficiency.
