What you will be doing

The Hotel Sales & Events Manager will be responsible for all sales and service execution related to rooms, catering, and ancillary food and beverage events, including but not limited to all leads and inquiries, the coordination and execution of events, developing and maintaining client relationships, and driving sales to meet revenue related goals.

Responsibilities include creating and managing event proposals, coordinating and supervising event logistics, collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction, and identifying business opportunities. This role requires maximizing the hotel's full potential to deliver memorable experiences for our guests.

The ideal candidate for this position

• Previous hotels sales & event management experience required
• Event planning and coordination, including overseeing logistics and timelines
• Hospitality and customer relationship management skills
• Strong sales and marketing competencies to identify and capture business opportunities
• Proficiency in negotiation, budgeting, and project management
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
• Team leadership and ability to collaborate with various departments effectively
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with event management software and hotel property management systems is required
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
