As a Loss Prevention Officer at Omni Hilton Head, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, secure, and serene environment for our guests and team members. You’ll be responsible for upholding the hotel's policies and procedures while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere throughout the property. Your attention to detail will be key in accurately documenting incidents and completing reports in accordance with standards set by the Director of Loss Prevention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and report on all assigned areas with diligence and attention to detail.

• Maintain clear and professional communication using radio equipment, ensuring accurate and timely updates.

• Identify and document any unsafe conditions while patrolling the hotel grounds, proactively supporting a safe environment.

• Safeguard the property of the hotel, guests, and team members, helping to preserve the high standards of the Omni experience.

• Uphold a polished and professional appearance at all times, reflecting the brand’s commitment to excellence.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in security or loss prevention is preferred.

• Current certification in Red Cross First Aid and CPR required.

• Must be available to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
