Position Summary
As the Area HR Manager, you will be a trusted partner to hotel leaders and team members, ensuring our people feel supported, valued, and set up for success. You’ll play a key role in recruitment, team member relations, training, and development while also ensuring we meet all legal and brand standards. This role is about building strong teams, fostering a positive workplace culture, and helping our hotels deliver outstanding service.
