What You'll Do

As a Front Desk Agent, you'll play a key role in creating exceptional guest experiences by:

✅ Welcoming guests with warmth, energy, and genuine hospitality

✅ Managing guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently✅ Answering questions and providing local recommendations✅ Assisting guests with reservations and future bookings✅ Posting charges and processing guest transactions accurately✅ Resolving guest concerns with professionalism and care✅ Communicating with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure a seamless stay✅ Answering phones and responding to guest inquiries✅ Following resort policies, procedures, and safety standards✅ Helping with other projects that contribute to an outstanding guest experience

Requirements:

High school degree or equivalent; or relevant work experience
Strong customer service skills
Excellent telephone skills
Good problem-solving skills
Professional appearance
Intermediate computer proficiency, with ability to use Microsoft Office Suite, email and internet
Hotel front desk experience, a plus
