Job Responsibilities

Preparation and painting of interior and exterior of buildings
Inspecting buildings for any painting or repairs.
Patching and repairs to drywall and trim.
Ensure rooms are painted in a neat and presentable manner.
Staining, finishing, and painting of indoor and outdoor furniture.
Maintaining inventory of paints and materials.
Clean up of equipment and surroundings upon completion.
Assisting other team members as needed.
Reports to Director of Engineering.

Qualifications

Experience with wallpaper installation and repairs preferred.
Prior experience with high quality painting is essential.
Experience using paint sprayers.
Ability to work on own and part of a team.
Ability to lift weights up to 50 lbs.
Proficient in the use of basic tools.

Hourly Rate: $20 - $22 / hour
