Reporting to the Director of Engineering and Loss Prevention, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
Guardian and Protector. You ensure the safety and wellbeing of your fellow employees, guests and visitors. You are attentive, efficient and committed, and will ensure your property remains a safe, enjoyable workplace and travel destination.
Through your passion and motivation, you sell memorable experience to guests who stay in your property. You are professional and knowledgeable about your property, and you build strong relationships and create bond with your guests.
Reporting to the Hotel Manager, the Night Hotel Manager’s primary function is to manage the nightly operations of the Hotel. He/she acts as the manager on duty to all Guests and personnel. Furthermore, he/she represents the Hotel Manager during his/her absence overnight.
