What You’ll Bring To The Table

• A warm, polished, guest-first approach to service.
• Strong knowledge of breakfast menus, including ingredients, preparation, and thoughtful recommendations.
• A working knowledge of coffee, tea, and non-alcoholic beverage offerings.
• The ability to anticipate guest needs, respond promptly, and maintain an attentive presence on the dining room floor.
• Clear communication with the kitchen expeditor, including firing food as needed to support a smooth, well-paced service.
• A collaborative spirit and willingness to jump in and support teammates when needed.
• Respect for every guest and coworker, even during the busiest rush.
• A commitment to safe work habits and a clean, safe working environment.
