• Accounting Paymaster (Finance/Accounting)

  Administers the hotel’s payroll in a timely manner in accordance with Omni Hotels Standards and in compliance with all State and Federal Wage and Hourly Regulations.  Oversees vacation accruals and team member deductions.Trainall managerson payroll procedures, and Dayforce. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of payroll laws and regulations and works closely with Associate Services Center. Prepares payroll journal entries and labor reports. Assists with Balance Sheet reconciliations and other projects as determined DOF, ADOF and Controller.

• Outlet Cook 1 (Chefs/Kitchen)

  The Line Cook 1 ensures all prep items are prepared and stored according to hotel specifications.

• Stables - Recreation Supervisor ONC (Recreation/Entertainment)

  This position provides specialized equestrian knowledge and operational support to assist in the continued enhancement of The Omni Homestead Resort’s equestrian program. Working in partnership with the Stables Manager and Director of Recreation, this position will help identify and implement opportunities to elevate horse care, facilities, programming, guest experience, safety, and revenue generation.

• Assistant Restaurant Manager (Food & Beverage)

  This position is responsible for ensuring proper training and supervision of all personnel. The Assistant Outlets Manager is to deliver prompt, courteous service in a manner that complies with Omni Food and Beverage standards and company policies and procedures.

• Employee Housing Manager (Human Resources)

  The Employee Housing & Property Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management and operation of the Resort’s employee housing portfolio, including dormitory-style housing, efficiency apartments, traditional apartments, and single-family homes.

• Recruiting Manager (Human Resources)

  The Recruiting Manager is responsible for leading recruitment efforts to attract, identify, and hire qualified talent across the organization. This position develops and executes effective recruiting strategies, partners with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, and ensures a positive and efficient candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

• Assistant Director of Engineering (Engineering/Maintenance)

  To provide technical and administrative assistance to the Director of Engineering Services and to assist the Director of Engineering Services in the operational aspect of the Engineering Department.

• Assistant Spa Manager (Spa)

  The Assistant Spa Manager is responsible for managing the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of the spa operations with the Director of Spa and Spa Manager.

• Housekeeping Office Coordinator (Housekeeping)

  The Housekeeping Office Coordinator will coordinate the work assignments for the housekeeping staffincluding but not limited to room attendants, housepersons, turndown attendants, each day and answering guests and associate calls and dispatching work tickets appropriately. He/she is responsiblefor the day-to-day office operations for the housekeeping department.

• H2B - Laundry Attendant (Housekeeping)

  This position is responsible for providing linen delivery and pick up services for the Housekeeping Department while maintaining Omni standards and exceeding our guest expectations.

• H2B - Guest Room Attendant (Housekeeping)

  The Guest Room Attendant position is responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in each guest room. Room Attendants refresh rooms for guests who are continuing their stay, as well as thoroughly clean rooms of guests who have checked out in preparation for the next guest checking in.

• H2B - Steward (Chefs/Kitchen)

  This team member is responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen.

• H2B - Server (Food & Beverage)

  The server will wait on tables promptly, courteously and to serve our guests with a genuine care.

• H2B - Cook (Chefs/Kitchen)

  The Line Cook ensures all food is prepared in a timely manner and made according to the menu specifications. Works and communicates effectively with all other kitchen personnel.

• H2B - Dining Room Attendant/Busser (Chefs/Kitchen)

  This team member will maintain the highest standards possible for the guest by insuring quick, efficient, and professional completion of busser duties.
