Responsibilities include assisting customers in product selection, from introduction to sale and beyond, ensuring timely and excellent service. The role involves attending vendor clinics and employee training sessions to enhance the development of the retail team and responding to customer requests promptly with exceptional guest service skills. Additionally, the Sales Agent will assist in receiving merchandise, pricing, merchandising products on the floor, and managing back stock inventory. They will also help with daily replenishment of back stocked products, participate in monthly inventory, and maintain a clean atmosphere in the store. Ideal candidates will have a good understanding of sports activities related to the products being sold, including golf, tennis, and skiing, and be able to contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

Front Desk Agents make the first impression upon our guests by extending a warm welcome, providing information about the resort and local area, and offering our full range of upscale resort amenities and services to them. Front Desk Agents are also responsible for settling guest accounts upon check-out, resolving guest issues and completing special requests. They work closely with all hotel departments especially our Concierge, Bell-Door and Ideal Services teams.
