In this role, you will serve as a central point of communication for the resort by managing incoming calls, assisting guests with requests, and connecting them with the appropriate departments.

In this role, you will assist with daily operations such as towel distribution, bike rentals, retail sales, and guest activities. You will also help maintain the cleanliness and safety of the pool and recreation areas while supporting events and assisting with new program ideas.

This role involves scheduling and performing preventive maintenance on equipment, operating and maintaining the low-pressure boiler for the hot water system, and managing other vessels for kitchen steam and air conditioning systems. The technician will assist mechanics and external contractors with repairs, maintain commercial kitchen and laundry equipment, and service the swimming pool and related equipment. Additionally, they are responsible for completing all assigned work orders and daily tasks, while promptly responding to house calls via radio.
