  The Engineering Manager supports the overall operation, maintenance, repair, and functionality of the resort’s facilities, systems, and equipment.   A banquet set up crew member is responsible for setting up banquet tables and chairs for events, arranging table settings and linens, displaying centerpieces and decorations, assisting with the placement of audiovisual equipment, cleaning and maintaining event spaces, restocking supplies as needed, and providing exceptional customer service to guests

• Pool Server (Food & Beverage)

  We are looking for an experienced Server to take and deliver orders. You’ll be the face of our restaurant and responsible for our customers’ experiences. Food server responsibilities include ensuring our tables are clean and tidy when guests arrive, presenting menus and serving food and beverages. • Spa Massage Therapist (Spa)

  Primary Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, providing a range of massage and body scrub services. Experience with prenatal massage, hot stones, body scrubs, and wraps preferred. Dual license preferred but not required. Must actively participate in ongoing training and maintain cleanliness standards in all areas of spa facility.

• F&B Manager (Food & Beverage)

• Activities Supervisor (Recreation/Entertainment)

  The Activities Supervisor oversees the daily operation of all resort recreational and leisure activities, ensuring exceptional guest experiences that align with luxury hospitality standards. This role combines hands-on leadership, guest engagement, staff supervision, and program coordination to deliver memorable, safe, and high-quality activities for guests of all ages.

• Salt & Ash Executive Sous Chef (Chefs/Kitchen)

  The Executive Sous Chef supports the Executive Chef in overseeing all culinary operations across Hawks Cay Resort, ensuring exceptional food quality, consistency, and presentation that align with brand standards. This role plays a key leadership position in menu development, kitchen management, staff training, and maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and guest satisfaction.
