  Purpose: This position is responsible for providing planning assistance and advice to all ChampionsGate clients and members, as well as providing that information to partnering departments to ensure successful follow-through with clients’ wishes and plans. Responsible for managing all aspects of local catering events once the file has been turned over by the Catering Sales Manager. To merchandise as skillfully as possible the hotel function space in order to maximize revenue potential for the hotel and to ensure that the customer has the best possible meeting experience.

• Bartender - Davids Club (Bartender/Mixologist)

  Food and Beverage bartenders are responsible for serving alcoholic beverages and food to restaurant patrons. Bartenders are responsible for maintaining a complete knowledge of food and beverage menus, mixology, bar equipment, and sanitation standards, with a focus on maintaining an attractive bar for guests.

  Job Purpose: To provide technical and administrative assistance to the Banquet Chef and ensures effective operation of the kitchen and food production outlets.

• Host Greeter - Eagles Edge (Food & Beverage)

  The primary responsibility of this position is monitoring the open dining sections of the restaurant for empty and cleaned tables, estimating wait times for guests, monitoring the guest waiting list, and ensuring that the needs of the guests are met while they are waiting. The hostess is often responsible for answering the telephone, booking reservations and moving tables together to accommodate large parties.

• Food & Beverage Supervisor (Food & Beverage)

  The Restaurant Supervisor or responsible for ensuring proper training and supervision of all restaurant staff, ensuring prompt and courteous service in a manner that complies with Omni Food and Beverage standards.
