• 2026 Pastry Cook (Chefs/Kitchen)

  The successful candidate should have a passion for baking and pastry creation and the desire to provide warm and gracious service to our guests.

• 2026 Room Attendant (Housekeeping)

  Cape Cod's only double Forbes Five-Star resort is looking for room attendants for its housekeeping department. This role would be responsible for assisting to clean and reset guest bedrooms. We are seeking individuals with good organization and attention to detail skills to make certain that our rooms are immaculate for our guests. The role also requires warm, genuine customer service.

• Sous Chef (Chefs/Kitchen)

• In-Room Dining Server (2026 Season) (Food & Beverage)

  The role requires previous experience in a similar restaurant environment, luxury experience is preferred.

• Bellperson (2026 Season) (Guest Services)

  The Bellperson plays a vital role in delivering a welcoming, polished, and supportive arrival and departure experience. This position requires a gracious demeanor, strong knowledge of the resort, and a proactive approach to guest assistance, ensuring comfort and convenience throughout the guest journey.

• Assistant Server (2026 Season) (Chefs/Kitchen)

  Candidates must enjoy social interaction and teamwork. Previous experience at a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant is preferred. We offer comprehensive training. Position offers great opportunity to develop to a server role.

• Room Service Cashier (Food & Beverage)

  Perform cashiering and room service order taking duties as well assisting the team with setting up room service orders, amenities, boat deliveries and dressing room needs. Ensure the satisfaction of Wequassett Resort & Golf Club’s customers by consistently providing the highest quality of individualized service at a Forbes Five Star level.

• Membership Administrator (Seasonal June - September) (Sales & Marketing)

You will work collaboratively with our children's programming team to engage guests in enriching, age-appropriate activities that reflect our resort's standards of excellence.
