Accounting Paymaster

Administers the hotel’s payroll in a timely manner in accordance with Omni Hotels Standards and in compliance with all State and Federal Wage and Hourly Regulations. Oversees vacation accruals and team member deductions.Trainall managerson payroll procedures, and Dayforce. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of payroll laws and regulations and works closely with Associate Services Center. Prepares payroll journal entries and labor reports. Assists with Balance Sheet reconciliations and other projects as determined DOF, ADOF and Controller.

Kids Camp - Activities Attendant

The Kids Camp Attendant is part of our Fun Squad. The ideal candidate has high, dynamic energy and readily engages our kids and families in daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly programs/events. On a day to day, they work in our Kids Club which is an interactive play center offered to Club Members and guests to supervise their children ages 1 year to 8 years old. On a broader basis, the attendant will be part of all family and kid events from weekly Friday events for the 6-12-year-olds to major Holiday events where we serve 600-1,400 members. The ideal candidate has flexible availability including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Retail Sales Agent

We're looking for a proactive Retail Sales Agent to join our team on a part-time basis. Responsibilities include assisting customers in product selection, from introduction to sale and beyond, ensuring timely and excellent service. The role involves attending vendor clinics and employee training sessions to enhance the development of the retail team and responding to customer requests promptly with exceptional guest service skills. Additionally, the Sales Agent will assist in receiving merchandise, pricing, merchandising products on the floor, and managing back stock inventory. They will also help with daily replenishment of back stocked products, participate in monthly inventory, and maintain a clean atmosphere in the store. Ideal candidates will have a good understanding of sports activities related to the products being sold, including golf, tennis, and skiing, and be able to contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

Reservations Manager

Manage and oversee the handling of all Groups and Luxury Leisure guests. Assist the Director of Revenue Management (DORM) in the effective leadership and direction of the property revenue management practices, as well as, to directly oversee the reservations aspects of the department, including all operational relationships and communications within the hotel. This position will assist in the planning, development, and implementation of all strategies in all revenue segments (Group, Transient and Ancillary). No-show, late cancellation and other attrition revenue sources will also be included in the evaluation of overall performance. Success is determined through improvement in our revenue performance as compared to that of our defined competitors, increases in reservations service scores, and overall RevPAR growth. Absolute efficiency should be achieved and maintained consistently. This position is intended to be a developmental position for those interested in the Director of Revenue Management career path, focused on advancing analytical and technical abilities.

We expect our guests to have fun in the sun, but safety is always number one! The Lifeguard is responsible for ensuring the safety of all our guests at the pool. Lifeguards will maintain a diligent watch over families and children, enforcing rules with the right balance of firmness and politeness. Lifeguards need to be ready at all times to perform life-saving functions. Lifeguards may also perform all the functions and responsibilities of Pool Attendants as assigned.
