Front Desk Agent
(Guest Services)
This team member will be responsible for providing a five-star welcome and departure experience to each guest, as well as, serving as ambassadors throughout the guest’s stay. Front Desk Agents make the first impression upon our guests by extending a warm welcome, providing information about the resort and local area, and offering our full range of upscale resort amenities and services to them. Front Desk Agents are also responsible for settling guest accounts upon check-out, resolving guest issues and completing special requests. They work closely with all hotel departments especially our Concierge, Bell-Door and Ideal Services teams.

Responsible for delivering excellence in guest service by developing relationships with guests, providing personalized service, anticipating and delivering guests’ needs. The Server comprehends the food and beverage menus and serves food and drinks to our guests directly.

The Spa Manager is responsible for managing the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of the spa operations with the Director of Spa.

Bell Captain

The Bell Captain plays a key role in managing the smooth arrival and departure of guests. Bell Captain maintains a positive working relationship between Guest Services, Valet, and the Front Office.

Spa Desk Agent

The Spa Front Desk Agent ensures a high standard of service and hospitality in the Spa Reception and Retail area. Successfully introduces and schedules Spa services and operations through direct contact, either in person or by phone/email with Resort, or local guests, members, and staff to maximize member/guest satisfaction and revenue.

F&B Golf Cart & Halfway House Attendant
(Recreation/Entertainment)
Beverage Cart/ Snack Bar Attendants assist members/guests with their food and beverage needs while on the golf course, as well as maintaining the snack bar and the surrounding area.

To park and return guests vehicles promptly, courteously and safely.
