The Director of Loss Prevention is responsible for the daily operations of the Loss Prevention Department, directing and overseeing the day-to-day functions that protect hotel guests, associates, and property. This role monitors and drives compliance with all Omni Hotels & Resorts Life Safety Programs, training, and SOP directives, working closely with the Executive Committee to uphold the highest standards of safety and security from the resort’s pre-opening phase onward.
The Reservation Supervisor is responsible for the supervision and operation of the Reservations department, directly overseeing the Reservation Agents and serving as their first point of contact for guidance, training, and support. This role processes and reviews all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to Omni service and revenue standards, while helping the team deliver a personalized, elevated guest experience from the resort’s pre-opening phase onward.
The Payroll Manager is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of the resort’s payroll, verifying figures, postings, and documents for accuracy while maintaining, updating, and safeguarding all employee payroll records and files in accordance with company policies and procedures. This role works closely with the Director of Finance to ensure payroll, tax, and benefits information is processed correctly and that employees and managers receive timely, accurate support on payroll-related matters from the resort’s pre-opening phase onward.

The Assistant Director of Human Resources is responsible for assisting with and supervising all aspects of Human Resources, including recruitment, benefits, training, associate relations, safety and Workers’ Compensation, as well as liability prevention and legal compliance. This role works closely with the Director of Human Resources to uphold Omni culture, protect the legal interests of the Company, and support a well-rounded, compliant, and engaging associate experience from the resort’s pre-opening phase onward.
The Engineering Manager provides technical and administrative support to the Director of Engineering Services and assists in the operational management of the resort’s Engineering Department. This role helps ensure the preventative maintenance program, work order management, and day-to-day engineering operations run smoothly and safely, supporting a well-maintained property and an exceptional guest experience from the resort’s pre-opening phase onward.
The Controller manages, supervises, monitors, and reviews all on-site accounting transactional activities, including account reconciliation, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, research, billing, credit and collection, and the monitoring of operations systems, procedures, and control features. The Assistant Director of Finance supervises, monitors, and reviews all on-site accounting activities, including account reconciliation, accounts payable, accounts receivable, research, accounts receivable billing, credit and collection, and the monitoring of operations systems, procedures, and control features, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the resort’s financial operations.
