Make accurate room reports daily. Make sure all the rooms that you are assigned are properly cleaned. Keep lockers and floors clean and tidy at all times. Notify your Supervisor of any damaged or broken items in your rooms. Hand in all items that are left by guest check outs immediately to your supervisor or housekeeping office.

Must be able to speak, read and write English to facilitate the communication process. Must have extensive knowledge of the hotel, its services and facilities. Must possess basic computer skills, basic math skills, and strong communication skills. Should be detailed and highly organized. Must have flexible availability. Previous luxury experience preferred. Able to work a flexible schedule.
Work closely with the Front Office Department to coordinate guests’ special needs, requests and preferences with the departments concerned.
