This position is responsible for assisting and working with the Chef de Cuisine, in partnership with the Director of Food & Beverage and Food & Beverage Manager. The Sous Chef will help orchestrate the production of the menu to prepare and cook food for hotel guests and the public with the assistance of the culinary team. The Sous Chef is a part of the leadership team who will help champion all best practices, procedures, team training, and guest satisfaction. All team members are responsible for sustaining the Company’s mission, core values, and holistic business model, promoting diversity and fostering a fair and compassionate work environment.

The Information Technology (IT) Manager is responsible for managing several functional technology hardware and software to provide operational support and leadership to facilitate compliance with security protocols, protect data, and ensure computer systems are optimized to meet the unique needs of the company. The IT Manager will be expected to be available on a 24-hour basis and will adhere to any project demands at any given time of the day, either on or off property. The IT Manager will need to possess the fundamentals of troubleshooting computers, applications and assisting guests as well as departmental staff. Must be open-minded and can think outside the box.

The Director of Engineering is responsible for maintaining the overall operation of the maintenance department, the appearance, and working order of the hotel. This position will work with the General Manager to ensure proper operations, maintenance, service, and repair of all equipment, while supporting the property’s goals of guest satisfaction, cost control, and profitability.
