Scheduled to open in spring of 2017, The Hotel at the University of Maryland will bring a whole new kind of hospitality experience to College Park, Maryland. The 9-story luxury hotel and conference center, will set a new standard for guest service, accommodations, amenities and food and beverage options for this iconic U.S. college town.
The magnificent, LEED-designed hotel will house 297 guest rooms, indoor pool, fully equipped fitness center, retail and dining space, 43,000 square feet of flexible meeting space - capable of hosting events for as many as 1,500 guests, and a rooftop banquet facility and veranda overlooking the UMD campus.
