Charlton Resorts operates two beautiful properties - Charlton's Banff, the first "year round" accommodations in the Town of Banff, with history dating back to 1949, and the Delta Banff Royal Canadian Lodge, a boutique mountain lodge nestled right in the heart of Banff.
Charlton's Banff, a 57 room 3 diamond property, offers a relaxed comfortable atmosphere with a complimentary continental breakfast, salt water pool, hot tub and steam room. Located just 10 minutes walking distance from downtown Banff, it offers a unique selection of room categories including kitchenette units and romantic loft fireplace suites.
Delta Banff Royal Canadian Lodge, a 99 room 4 star property, is one of Banff's finest hotels with a boutique mountain style. Located just 10 minutes walking distance from downtown Banff, the hotel includes The Evergreen Restaurant & Lounge, The Grotto Spa, as well as meeting and conference space for up to 80 people, making it the perfect location for business or leisure. Staff Accommodations - We offer some of the most premium private staff housing units in Alberta to 100% of our team members. Located beside the picturesque Bow River and throughout the community, each unit is a fully-furnished, 2/3 bedroom apartment that includes cable TV, dishwasher, and access to laundry facilities. Each apartment features private bed rooms. In addition, it's a short walk to downtown Banff and easy access to many breathtaking walking, running and cycling trails.
Staff Meal Plan - Each team member receives a full meal during their shift for a set fee.
Food & Beverage Discounts - Team members are entitled to 50% discounts on all food served in our luxurious Evergreen Restaurant and Lounge.
Travel Discounts - After successful completion of probation, our team members are eligible for staff accommodation/restaurant discounts at Marriott Hotels & Resorts worldwide.
Health Benefits - After one year of employment, all staff are eligible to join our comprehensive health insurance plan encompassing both health and dental.
